Local moves under 50 miles are billed hourly with a 2-hour minimum (the clock starts when we arrive at your door). Long-distance and out-of-state moves are flat-rate based on inventory, distance, and crew size, quoted up front and locked in.
Yes. We supply boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, mattress covers, TV boxes, and shrink wrap. Pad blankets and dollies are included with the truck at no extra charge.
No extra charges for stairs on local hourly moves, it just affects time. For long-distance flat rates, we’ll ask about stairs upfront so the quote is accurate. No mid-move surprises, ever.
Fully. We carry federal motor carrier liability, cargo coverage, and workers’ comp. We can email a Certificate of Insurance directly to your building manager.
Yes, we move uprights, baby grands, gun safes, drained hot tubs, treadmills, and most other specialty items. Mention it in the quote form so we can bring the right equipment.
All the time. Loading into storage, pulling out of storage, or shuttling between units. Just tell us the unit size and access (drive-up vs. interior).
Often, yes, give us a call and we’ll tell you what we have on the schedule. Same-day requests carry a small premium; next-day requests are at our normal rates.
